Return, Refund, Exchange

RETURNS

Returns policy has a 14-day window from the date of receipt. After this period has elapsed, I will be unable to process refunds or exchanges.

Conditions

To qualify for a return,originals must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • In the original packaging

Please contact me via email before initiating any return.

After we receive and inspect your return, I will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed within 14 days and automatically credited to your original payment method.

Eligibility

Return and Refund Policy doesn’t apply :

  • Sale Items
  • Gift Cards or Voucher Items
  • Made-to-Order Prints and Products
  • Bespoke and Commissions

Refund

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed within 14 days and automatically credited to your original payment method.

Shipping

Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be subtracted from the refund amount.

For items valued over £150, we strongly recommend using tracked shipping or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returned items.

    EXCHANGES

We process exchanges only for defective or damaged merchandise. For exchange requests, please email me in the next 24 Hours after reception of the item via the contact form.  I will answer with a confirmation email and do my best to replace the damaged item as soon as possible.
