Packaging

*Unframed fine art prints under 20 cm are shipped in thick cardboard envelopes). Over that size, prints are hand-rolled in protective tissue paper and shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes or boxes,

*All framed and canvas prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with guards to each corner and print surface secured by additional cardboard. Each print is then shipped in a heavy-duty cardboard box.

*All cardboard packaging is made from recycled materials.

Shipping

*All print orders are sent to the nearest printer to the delivery address possible to aim at shorter shipping distances, faster delivery times, less environmental impact and avoiding customs taxes.

*Free Standard Shipping to 33 eligible countries. Shipping costs quote for any other country upon request.

*Please note that any local customs fees or import duties in your country will be your responsibility.

*Each artwork is processed with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Life being Life,if your artwork doesn't arrive in perfect condition, please email me within 24hrs with description of the damage/quality issue and I will arrange for a replacement for you as soon as I possibly can.
